The Constellation of Absheron Azerbaijani Painters of 1960s-1980s

The Absheron Constellation. Azerbaijani Artists of the 1960s – 1980s, a joint project of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Mardjani Foundation supported by Azerbaijani museums and private collections, encompasses paintings and sculptures by thirteen Azerbaijani masters from the second half of the 20th century till the early 21st century.

The authors presented are: painters Nadir Abdurahmanov, Kamal Ahmad, Rasim Babayev, Sattar Bahlulzadeh, Tofik Javadov, Mirnadir Zeynalov, Javad Mirjavadov, Ashraf Murad, Togrul Narimanbekov, Tahir Salahov, Farhad Khalilov, Geyur Yunus; sculptor Fazil Najafov.
