The manuscript of Muhi al-Din Lari's work, "Futuh al-Haramayn", is a poetic account of the pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina written in Persian in the 16th century. The manuscript contains illustrations and was copied in Mecca between 970 and 1562-1563, making it a significant artifact from the Ottoman cultural sphere. The miniatures and calligraphy in the manuscript form a cohesive composition.
