The shamail "Mount Arafat" from the collection of the Mardjani Foundation depicts a scene of pilgrims camping on Mount Arafat during the Hajj, a significant event in Islam. In the bottom corner, there are two Tatar-language captions explaining the importance of the mountain and valley of Arafat in the life of Prophet Muhammad and Muslims worldwide.
